The Kansas
City Roller Warriors, LLC,
provide an alternative recreational sport
for women in the greater Kansas City area
and unconventional sporting entertainment
for audiences. In promoting the message
of roller derby, KCRW strives to support
the greater Kansas City community through
charity work with a variety of organizations.
The league provides athletic and skating
instruction to members, while fostering
character, team work and self-discipline.
In addition to the regular home season,
KCRW participates in national competitions
around the country. KCRW supports the goals
and mission of the Women’s Flat Track
Derby Association (www.wftda.com). The league
seeks to promote awareness of the sport
of roller derby in our community and across
the country. |
